SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with 7 Generations. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before your item ships. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product drops, sales, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier transit times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7 to 21 business days or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by their country. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

7 Generations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly first.

DELAYS

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

PREORDERS

If your order includes a preorder item, please note that shipping times may be longer. Estimated ship dates for preorder items will be listed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items are ready.
